Protecting your Subaru Warranty
In October 2003 new European legislation affecting
the motor industry came into force called
“Block Exemption Regulation” 1400-2002 (BER).
Before this new regulation it was difficult to have
new cars serviced within their warranty period
outside a franchised dealer. The new law now allows
everyone the freedom to choose to have their car
serviced away from the main dealers, and still have
their warranty protected.
