BC Racing coilover suspension kits
BC Racing coilovers are designed for Quality and High Performance Street and Track use but at a price that competes with the budget end of the market. Designed and manufactured to the highest standards, coilovers from BC Racing you can be assured of excellent quality from these superb suspension systems.
Every damper produced by BC Racing is checked on their own in house damper dyno so that they are 100% confident that every kit they build contains dampers with exactly the same compression and rebound damping rates.
The great thing about BC Racing Coilovers is that the BC Racing coilovers are a direct replacement for the original equipment. Unlike other brands of coilovers, the BC Racing range do not require brackets fabricating, cable ties or jubilee clips to install. The bottom mounts come with all brackets to take the original ABS sensor leads, brake lines, anti roll bar drop links etc. Just take off your original equipment suspension and install the BC Racing suspension. All that is required then is the setting up. Also recommended for set up are rear camber adjustment bolts.

We can supply BC Racing coilovers for most makes of vehicle. Please note that coilovers are designed as an uprated suspension and will therefore be noisier and can give a firmer ride than standard suspension. It is not always possible to retain standard ride height ewhen fitting coilovers. Pillowball (metal) top mounts will transfer more noise into the car than the rubber top mounts.

| BC Racing BR Series Coilovers
Street and Circuit Use (From £576)
The BC Racing BR series coilovers are ideal for street and occasional track day. They are an excellant replacement for OEM standard shock absorbers and springs. The BR series coilover gives a more comfortable ride on the road than most other coilovers. You can also select a softer or firmer spring rate when ordering.
Although we are Subaru specialists we can supply these BC Racing coilovers for most makes.

BC Racing RM Series Coilovers
Inverted Damper For Pro Track (from £637)
The BC Racing RM series feature high quality damping adjustable monotube inverted dampers at the front or front and rear, depending on vehicle. The RM coilovers offer the majority of the features of the BR series but with the additional benefit of the inverted damper unit. Inverting the damper unit brings with it a number of advantages.
Unsprung weight is reduced by moving the oil and gas reservoir way from the hub and attaching it to the shell. Unsprung weight is vital to a cars performance as a lighter wheel and hub assembly which readily moves in response to road bumps will have more grip when tracking over an imperfect road.
The BC Racing RM series coilover is more suited to track than road but is still road driveable.

BC Racing ER Series Coilovers
External Reservoir For Pro Track (from £1049)
BC Racings premium flagship coilovers are the external reservoir ER Series with separate compression and rebound damping adjustment. The ER Series coilovers bring with them the high quality and unique features seen on the BR and RM type but have the additional benefit of external reservoirs and the ability to allow the end user to individually adjust and set compression and rebound damping rates.
The external reservoir ER Series coilovers allow BC Racing to increase the oil capacity of the damper unit. The additional oil capacity reduces peak oil temperatures which decreases variations in damping rates due to oil viscosity changes. The reduction in damping rate variations improves handling and ultimate on road and track performance. The design of these BC Racing ER Series coilovers means that they are more suited (and priced) towards track use.

BC Racing V1 Series Coilovers
Street and Circuit Use (From (£524)
The V1 series coilovers use a large 44mm diameter piston in a 50mm diameter damper body to maximise oilcapacity. As the damper unit operates the oil contained within heats up. The viscosity of oil changes as its temperature varies which can lead to changes in the damping characteristics of the unit.
BC Racing only use a very high quality oil with their coilovers but go that extra mile to maximise performance and build their V1 range with a large 50mm diameter damper body. This increases the capacity of the unit which increases the volume of oil contained which in turn reduces the peak temperature and so significantly improves damper performance.

BC Racing Coilover Adjuster Extenders
The rear rear damping adjuster on coilovers is usually hidden under the rear parcel shelf necessitating the removal of the rear seat backrest in order to adjust the dampening on the rear struts.
The adjuster extenders allow you to make these adjustments without removing the rear seats. By making two small holes in the rear parcel shelf the adjuster extension can be passed through the shelf so that the adjustment can be performed from above.
