Product Information

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notification, however prices for existing orders will be honored where correct. and we will make every effort to inform you of any price changes as and when they occur.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your car is correctly setup and/or tuned to accept any relevant products sold. It is your responsibility to ensure that your vehicle is fully road legal if it is to be used on a public road. You must ensure the goods are suitable for your vehicles year and model.

Delivery – Mainland UK
Any dates provided by Subaru4you Ltd for delivery of goods must be viewed as an estimate only.
Items in stock will normally be dispatched within 1-2 working days after receipt of order.
We reserve the right to decide how best to dispatch your order to you. In general small packages will usually be sent via Royal Mail, and will require signing for. Royal Mail parcels whilst usually arriving next day can take up to 14 working days to arrive.

Medium sized and large sized packages will usually be sent via courier and will require signing for. The courier will only attempt 1 delivery to your address. If delivery is unsuccessful (if you are not available to sign for the goods) the goods will be taken back to the Courier’s depot and you will need to visit their depot in person with proof of ID to collect the goods. If the goods are returned to the Courier’s depot and you require them to be re-delivered to your address again, this will be chargeable. If you do not collect the goods within 3 working days following the return to the depot, the goods will be returned to us. At this point a re-delivery back out to you will be chargeable at original delivery price or you must collect them from our .

Delivery - Outside of Mainland UK
For shipping overseas (outside of mainland UK) we will contact you on receiving your order (and prior to processing it) to quote for shipping charges and advise on expected times. We currently only ship to Southern Ireland.

Product Warranty
No warranty other than that provided by the products manufacturer is supplied by Subaru4you Ltd. Warranty is registered only to the original purchaser of the goods and is not transferable to another person. Any warranty will be null and void if the product has been modified in any way after sale or incorrectly fitted. Product warranty will never exceed the cost of the original goods.

Returns
Damaged Packages & shortages: If when you receive your goods and you believe them to faulty/short, you must inform us in writing (email is acceptable) as soon as is practicable after receiving your goods. Your statutory rights are not affected. You must inpect your package as soon as it arrives and not sign for it until you are satisfied that the goods are complete and undamaged. Any damage or shortages must be noted on the paperwork that you sign for receipt. Signing as unchecked is unacceptable.

Unwanted Goods: You have a right to cancel the contract within 7 days starting the day after receiving delivery of the goods, following which you must inform us in writing and the goods must be returned to us immediately at your cost. We expect the items to be returned in original packaging. No refunds whatsoever will be given on goods that that show signs of being installed, modified, scratched or defaced in any way.
It is your responsibility to pay for the return of goods and ensure that they are adequately insured, and returned in good order, including packaging. Providing when we recieve the goods they are in the same condition as when we dispatched them we will refund the cost of the goods but not the cost of the postage and packing. Special order goods are non returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exceptions
i) Any bodystyling product that has been supplied ready painted is a custom order or painted or primed by you cannot be returned once purchased. Therefore please ensure any styling or bodypart fits your vehicle prior to spraying. This does not affect your statutory rights.
ii)Wheels that are ordered fitted with tyres are a custom order and cannot be returned for refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
iv) Custom Matsets are a custom order and cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Title of Goods
All goods remain the property of Subaru4you Ltd until paid for in full.

The purchase of any goods from Subaru4you Ltd is governed by English Law. By accepting our terms and conditions you are submitting the contract to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. Out terms of sale comply with the distance selling regulations.
